These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made through the online store EcoCrafted.cz, operated by Oppido Technologies s.r.o. (“Seller”, “we”, “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed in our e-shop are 3D-printed from recycled materials. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in appearance or color may occur.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before confirmation.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

     

      • Placing products in the cart and submitting an order does not create a binding contract.

      • The order becomes binding only after we confirm it by email and/or dispatch the goods.

      • Until confirmation or dispatch, EcoCrafted may refuse or cancel the order without liability.

    4. Prices and Payment

       

        • All prices include VAT (where applicable).

        • Payment methods: [list methods – card, bank transfer, etc.].

        • The purchase price must be paid in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

      5. Shipping and Delivery

         

          • Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

          • Standard delivery time is 14 days. Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to 3D-printing production or shipping carriers.

          • Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.

        6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

           

            • As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.

            • Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, to the company’s address Oppido Technologies s.r.o., Branicka 43/26, Prage, Czech republic.

            • The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

            • After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the same payment method used.

            • Shipping costs are refunded only up to the cost of the cheapest available delivery option.

          ⚠️ Custom-made items or products produced according to customer specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law.

          7. Warranty and Complaints

             

              • Products are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months.

              • The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.

              • In case of defect, please contact us at info@ecocrafted.cz with your order number and description of the issue.

            8. Limitation of Liability

               

                • EcoCrafted is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

                • We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or misuse of products.

              9. Privacy and Data Protection

              All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available [here].

              10. Governing Law and Disputes

                 

                  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

                  • EU consumer rights apply.

                  • Any disputes will be resolved amicably if possible; otherwise, before the competent Czech courts.

                11. Final Provisions

                   

                    • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

                    • The version published on our website at the time of your order applies.
